Yoga in nature

Here we are in a few months we are in Spring ready to start again with Yoga at the Park! Free first meeting!

I indicated May 4th, but both the date and the time are indicative, that is, as we get closer to the scheduled date, I will be able to give you specific indications on:

- the chosen park - precise days and times

For Covid, for those who book, I will send the documentation to bring signed and the invitation to bring everything from home:

- mat - towel - straps - bricks - cover

Keep the mask at the meeting and remove it only when we are positioned at least two meters away.
